Troubleshoot

Find the solution to the common errors that you might run into.

  • "User: arn:aws:iam::962701209073:user/MailzakAws is not authorized to perform: SNS:Subscribe on resource: arn:aws:sns:eu-west-1:962701209073:mailzak"
  • "The security token included in the request is invalid."
  • "The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. Consult the service documentation for details..."
  • "The AWS Access Key Id needs a subscription for the service"
  • "Your account is suspended because of non payment of your invoice. Please contact help@mailzak.com to resolve this."
  • "You won't be able to send it until your SES account is out of sandbox mode. Have you requested production access (http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/request-production-access.html) for your selected region?"
  • "Your from email is not verified, please follow instructions in the email sent by AWS."
